You pay for the diagnosis, not the quote
Finding the actual fault takes a tech, a scanner and time on the lift, so there's a diagnostic fee for that. Once we know what's wrong, the estimate to repair it is free and you're not obligated to leave it here.
You get the number before we start
Written estimate, itemized. If we open it up and find something else, you get a phone call. Nothing gets added to your bill without you hearing about it first.
You pick the repair
Most problems have more than one fix at more than one price. We lay them out, tell you which one we'd do on our own vehicle, and then it's your call.
Bring us somebody else’s quote
We'll verify it either way. If they were right, we'll tell you they were right.

They did the work pretty quick. He fixed my oil leak, transmission fluid leak, and fixed my motor mount. Guy was very nice and communicative. He told me to come back the next week so he could check his own work free of charge. I will continue to use this shop in the future.

Best diesel mechanics in town! They fixed my AC, installed lift pump, Edge digital gauge, changed oil and rotated tires. Owner kept me updated every step of the way and even showed me how to use my new gauge to maximize performance.

Don't let the couple of bad reviews scare you away from this amazing shop. My transmission went out at only 90k miles. They not only helped me find a good deal on a gently used transmission, but they also repaired it within a week of my transmission being delivered. They did an amazing job and even checked for free 1 week later to make sure there wasn't leaks. They gave us the best quote and did the best job. My van is running better than before!!
